Oshmo Engine Breather PCV Catch Can is used when the factory air-filter is deleted and replaced by air-filter pods or velocity stacks.

This product is 3D printed with a thermo-plastic-substrate.  A serviceable stainless steel breather filter presses firmly into the air-flow bore.

Includes factory base gasket, stainless steel socket-headed screws and stainless steel breather element.

Coat coat gasket with a light coat of oil resistant silicone gasket sealer.

Use Red Loctite, torque to 2 ft-lb.

The Oshmo BMW Airhead Engine Cover is a solution for bikes running pod filters and optionally as a  battery relocation.

The Oshmo Engine Cover is tooled from a original BMW aluminum cover so it is exactly the same as the cover it was fashioned from. However, all covers, engine and transmission casting are not the identical. If needed final fitment can be easily done on your bike.

The cover has 2 mounting holes on the back lower side. We supply universal bracketing material that can be adjusted for your your own mounting preferences.

Oshmo Billet Battery Tray Airhead R75 R80 R90 R100 fits on top of the transmission deleting the original air box. This a great naked bike item.

By deleting the airbox and using air filter pods, you can open up the space taken by the factory battery mount. Battery cables can now be routed directly to the starter eliminating unsightly cables running along the frame.

The battery tray is cut and finned out of 6061 aluminum billet. The hold down is also machined from billet.

Battery tray is designed to fit a 12 cell AG 1201 Anti Gravity 360 CCA battery. See more info on TAB.

This Oshmo R Nine T Breast Plate Engine Cover is machined from a block of 6061 T6 aviation grade aluminum. No skimping here for the type of material as well as the plus-60,000 lines of CNC code. That’s what it takes to make  surface contours that are both bold and breath-taking. Each part takes 7 hours of machining to complete.

This stunning cover shows evidence of the hand crafted work.   Fins and surround are hand finished and polished like the old craftsman days.

Breast plate is available in machined finish or custom finish.
